All orders go through 3 stage quality control procedure
Outdoormaster has its own quality control staff based in China, who operate a 3 stage quality control procedure to ensure all members orders are produced and shipped correctly. Our QC engineers can spend days in a factory, travel long distances, even flying to different areas to make sure all your orders are right and delivered promptly.
Stage 1. Pre Manufacture
Once we have placed your order with the factory our QC staff will make contact with the factory to ensure that the factory fully understands the order, they check the quantities, products codes, material specifications, sizes and colour are understood, and that any special requirements for example foam specification or shipping date requested by you are highlighted. If any part of the order can not be met we inform you immediately before production starts and await your instructions.
Stage 2. Manufacturing Inspection
When your order has been manufactured our QC staff will visit the factory to perform a manufacturing inspection. They check that the right quantities have been made, to the right specification. A thorough visual inspection is performed on all items to check for any scratches, defects or damage. If anything is faulty it is rejected. When the inspection has been completed, we contact you, if any products have been rejected we will tell you the reason. We will make you aware if this will have any delay on shipping or not.
Stage 3. Final Inspection
Once your order is finished and ready for shipment our QC staff revisit the factory to oversee the loading. They check all packaging and any markings are correct and ensure the container is loaded correctly. When the container has been loaded we advise you. For the exceptional event, not all products can physically be loaded into the container, we contact you immediately and follow your instructions.
