Shipping costs vary according to the shipping method and your ship-to country. For your easy reference, the estimated shipping cost you see in your shopping cart is based on courier shipping to the United States. The system will indicate the actual shipping cost based on your selected shipping method and ship-to country when you checkout and before you commit to the purchase. Generally, shipping to the UK and other Western European countries is slightly more expensive than to the USA. And shipping to Australia, New Zealand, and Asia is slightly less expensive than to the USA.

The shipping cost does not cover any local taxes, import duties, customs clearance, or any other import-related costs levied by your government. The buyer is responsible for these import-related costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

What shipping options do I have?

In our continued effort to offer value and flexibility to our customers, we will be offering four different options to deliver your order.
1.International Door-to-Door Courier: This is recommended for customers who want fast delivery time (3 to 5 days) and worry-free customs clearance to start reselling their products as soon as possible. We use DHL and Fedex who provides customs brokerage services in most cases.

2. Self-Pickup from Hong Kong: This method allows you to arrange your own transport of the goods. This is a good option for buyers who have regular shipments leaving from Hong Kong. You pay the cost of shipping directly to your freight forwarder and a small warehouse handling fee to Global Sources Direct. If you choose this, we would contact you to get your freight forwarder's company name, contact person, and address. You may also elect to use your own courier account number to arrange the pickup of your shipment from our Hong Kong warehouse.
3. GSD-Arranged Air or Ocean Freight: If you would like us to arrange your shipment by air or ocean freight to your closest port or even to your door, email us at orders@casualliving.com for a quote. We work with many reliable freight forwarders who can provide a range of forwarding services according to your needs.
When will the goods be delivered?
Your goods will generally be shipped five (5) to seven (7) days after the payment has been verified and cleared. Some items may require a longer preparation time. Please refer to the product description. For courier delivery, it will take another three (3) to five (5) days for delivery. For Hong Kong Post Airmail, it will take seven (7) to ten (10) days. A Shipping Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you advising you of your shipment tracking number (where applicable) once your shipment has been dispatched.
There are some rare instances where shipments will be held at Customs, and this may prolong the delivery time. In such cases, please contact the delivery agent or the Customs office for more information. Very often Customs personnel will communicate only with the consignee regarding the reason for withholding the shipment. If you require any additional information from us to assist with customs clearance, please contact us immediately at orders@casualliving.com.

Can you accept OEM/ODM business?

Yes, on most occasions OutdoorMaster make production according to your design and request. OutdoorMaster also welcome worldwide OEM/ODM business with private brand or labels.
Can I ask Special Packing?

Yes, OutdoorMaster is willing to provide special packing subject to your bearing extra packing charge.

Importers who have multiple lines of products and need a experienced purchasing agent to consolidate their supplying functions or who have single line of products but want to seek more sources or expand business lines; - Small or New Wholesalers who lack of experience and resources to import directly from China; - Corporate Buyers of OEM items. (Such as promotional items, special products with own brand name, etc.) - Sales Agents who have full-blown sales channel in oversea markets and want to develop more professional partners in China. - National Chain Stores that wish to purchase products directly from Mainland Chinese suppliers that make similar or better merchandises at greater prices. - Discount Stores or Dollar Stores that seek value-oriented products for daily life and holiday seasons. - Sellers in outdoormaster who seek merchandise ultimate source, also ask minimum order quantity as low as one carton and dropshipping worldwide.

I don't find the items I need, what can I do?

We have more than 1,000 pcs different items in database, we only show a part of them online, if you could not find preference items, please send us inquiry with your detailed specifications and, design and request, we will send you product information by CDE E-catalogue as per your preference.

What can you do if I get a factory supplier?

Yes, if you have placed orders with your own factory supplier in China, we also can assist you in following way: 1. Arranging staff to inspect factory and check production, 2. Mixing various products from different suppliers in an order and gathering the items in the same warehouse. 3. Arranging shipping worldwide. 4. Working out quality inspection report with photos. Usually we charge commission based on order value as per following rate: 1. Order value less than US$10,000: we charge 3.5% commission based on order value. Minimum commission is US$200. 2. Order value US$10,000 - US$50,000: we charge 2.5% commission based on order value. 3. Order value more than US$50.000: we charge 1.5% commission based on order value. The above commission includes checking production fee, traffic fee, but does not include other delivery handle fee etc.

We go through a stringent payment approval process to guard against fraudulent transaction activities. As a result, we may request further proof of identity and/or other information and documents from you to authenticate your credit card or PayPal transaction prior to approving your order or transaction. If you fail to furnish us with such requested proof, information or documents, we reserve the right to reject, cancel or terminate your order or transaction.
We request payment via bank transfer (T/T) for any order or transaction, in which event we shall refund to you (without interest) the payment you have made via the original payment method.
